Persistent or chronic pain is a problem that affects up to 1 in 5 adults in Ireland. At its simplest, our role is to listen to you and identify the specific factors that are affecting your pain. Our expert knowledge of pain biology, exercise, goal setting and problem solving will help you to not only understand your condition but more importantly develop a meaningful recovery plan.
We are also able to explain the significance of the many tests and scans you may have had, ensuring that the management plan in place is the right one.
Our interest and expertise is in long term solutions, we do not sell quick fixes or overtreat with passive modalities. Developing fitness, education and management strategies take time for people in all walks of life and it is no different for those suffering with long term pain.
