Hilary, owner and Clinical Director at ProHealth Chartered Physiotherapy, has over 20 years clinical experience both here and abroad.

A graduate of Teeside University, U.K, Hilary specialised in musculoskeletal and sports physiotherapy and worked with athletes from all disciplines and all levels including several Olympians.  She completed her Masters in Manipulative Therapy at the prestigious Curtin University, Perth.  In 2001, she was awarded The Vice Chancellors Prize and The Manipulative Therapists of Australia Award.

As well as her work at the practice, Hilary is senior physiotherapist at Our Lady of Lourdes Hospital, Drogheda, managing multi-disciplinary teams for patients with complex musculoskeletal pain related conditions.

Hilary is an expert in the emerging sub speciality of Continence & Pelvic Health and is a strong advocate for Women’s Health.  Pelvic Health is an area of expertise practiced only by specially trained physiotherapists, treating conditions such as sexual dysfunction, incontinence, pelvic girdle pain (PGP) & pelvic floor weakness.  She continues to develop her knowledge and treatment skills, constantly keeping up to date with the latest research.

A native of Baltray, Hilary enjoys running and sea swimming.
