Paddy Peters

Paddy is a highly qualified Chartered Physiotherapist and Strength & Conditioning Coach. He holds a BSc (Hons) degree in Sports Science & Health from Dublin City University and a MSc (Hons) degree in Strength & Conditioning from the Institute of Technology Carlow. Paddy has extensive experience, having worked as an S&C coach at the National Sports Campus in Abbottstown before completing his BSc (Hons) degree in Physiotherapy at the Royal College of Surgeons. His professional journey includes working with elite teams and athletes in sports such as swimming, triathlon, athletics, powerlifting, and GAA.

Currently, Paddy is a first team physiotherapist with Dundalk FC and the lead physiotherapist for the Meath Ladies Gaelic Football team. He understands the demands of high-level sports through his personal experience as a CAT1 Triathlete competing in national Sprint and Olympic distance triathlons. Additionally, Paddy plays Intermediate club football for Kilbride GFC in Meath.

Paddy is committed to evidence-based practice, dispelling misinformation, and helping both athletes and non-athletes achieve their goals. His approach combines education, manual therapy, and exercise. Moreover, Paddy is an APPI Pilates Instructor, which complements his holistic approach to physiotherapy and athletic conditioning.
